Nanna Family Adventures

This blog is about the happenings of the Nanna Family and especially about our little blessings from China. We have 4 amazing bio kids ages 27,25,21, and 15. In Dec 2006 we adopted Kylee, 18 months at the time, now 4yo and in Dec 2008 we adopted Lily, age 2 1/2, (now 3yo). Reading other people's blogs really helped us to know what to expect and answered so many of our questions so we decided to do the same.
Adoption has been in my heart since I was very young and as a believer I have seen first-hand what it means to be adopted into God's family. We are so thankful to be able to build our family through adoption.

Planning for Surgery

Looks like we will be haeding back to Cincinnati the end of Oct/ early Nov. for Lily to have surgey. Thanks to everyone for your prayers and support. I will try to post some updated pics soon. The girls are growing so fast and they are so much fun! Lily is so protective of Kylee and they both talk about "My family." They are such a gift and I cannot imagine my life without them!

    wow, I didn't realize she was having surgery. I'm glad that she is doing better. Next time you go to Cincinnati, make sure you see the Creation Museum. trina

    We are going to be in Cincinnati in November too! I will be down there everyday for about 2 weeks. Since we are so close I probably won't be staying over night. Let me know when you will be there and we can get together!
